Solution

In order to create a tracking number so it can be pulled back into T-Hub by using either Fedex or UPS, you need to print the shipping label first. Make sure you have installed a printer that is connected to your computer. Once the label is printed, the tracking number should come back into T-Hub. Click on the Refresh View button in the Order Processing screen in order to retrieve the tracking number.
